When most people think of upper boddy exercise, they think of bench presses and curls. We think about the press. In the Starting Strength model, the press becomes not just a shoulder and arm movement, but a total body exercise. The press looks deceptively simple, but proficiency in this movement can be challenging. We'll teach you how to perform the press for maximal gains in mobility, balance. stability and strength.
